Parking

In the proximity of Port Artur there are 560 free and 200 paid parking spaces. There are plenty of free parking possibilities. As the centre of Pärnu in general is a paid parking zone, one should be attentive when parking here. Parking in city center is paid on business days from 8 to 18. On weekends parking in city center is always free.

In the paid parking lot between Port Artur and Lai Street (drawing P2) the cars with a parking clock can park for free for one hour.

One-hour parking ticket in city centre costs 0.95 EUR with M-parking or parking machine ticket and 1 EUR with a single-use parking ticket from counter sale. Day ticket costs 3.60 EUR.

Parking tickets can purchased from R-Kiosk at the bus station or via mobile phone.

M-parking

• For starting parking send a message to number 1902.
• The message shall include: car number, space, zone. For example: 123ABC Pärnu
• For ending parking call number 1903.

Port Artur’s parking lots
